April 1, marks the beginning of our second year of operations. In that first year, we have added to our quality product, with the addition of our washroom equipped and enhanced legroom motor coach “CQ.” We have added our sixth Park and Ride location (Racetrack) and have also been blessed with a 100% Dispatch Reliability and 100% on time Departure, which we intend to maintain.

December 12, 2009 - Season's Greetings!
Winter (as expected) is finally here. The First Winter storm of the season, hit right at the start of our morning transit run, continued throughout the day, and into the evening run. Everyone arrived safe, and rested, both at work, and at home.
Our Saturday Montreal Shopping Daytrip to Salon des Metier d’arts du Quebec, was enjoyed by many. The near perfect weather helped, as well as the slight diversion due to temporary highway closure which resulted in further bonus, “sightseeing” of the City. Everyone returned loaded up with presents for the family.
Nows’ the time, to enjoy the safety and comfort of our distinguished motor coach service more than ever!

Almost ready for Winter? We are. So when those shorter, colder, and "snowier" days are upon us, relax in the comfort and safety of our motor coach service and enjoy such things as our "Inflight Entertainment" I.E. Movies on DVD, and on board Restroom - all while we do the driving!

Our Montréal Saturday Daytrip, was quite the success. Our customers enjoyed the Botanical Garden, Biodome, Endless Shopping, and the best Montréal Smoked Meat, along with a stop at Crescent St. for a touch of great nightlife. Special thanks to our/your Personal Tour Guide's Josée and Amiguelle.

Week Three ran smoothly once again, with everything running on time or ahead of schedule, with the exception of one return trip, which due to high volume of traffic through the downtown core, ran only a few minutes behind the schedule.

Week Two again ran smoothly with only a minor delay Tuesday, thanks to the protesters that completely blocked our route, resulting in a last minute diversion. All passengers were contacted and asked to meet on the diversion route, which they did. No one missed the coach and we arrived safe and only a few minutes behind schedule.
Again we have listened to our customers who asked us about Saturday Shopping/Sightseeing Day trips.

Well the first week of operations went "without a hitch." The schedule ran ahead of time for the most part, and our customers arrived rested, and happy with the convenience of not having to drive their cars. Some of the comments received were "That was Awesome" "Excellent service" and "We were 'flying' today" (sic)

Two weeks tomorrow, to the official start of our new service to the City of Ottawa.
We wanted to remind everyone, that we are taking reservations, for Monthly Pass holders.
Please contact us now, to ensure that your seat is reserved, and so that we can start the paperwork "rolling."
Now is, of course, a good time to obtain the OC Transpo photo ID card, as well.
Photo ID, may be obtained at the following OC Transpo locations: Rideau Centre, Lincoln Fields Station, St Laurent Station, and Place d'Orleans Station.
A reminder, that Daily users should call minimum the day/night before, to confirm seating availability.

Announcing: South Mountain Stagecoach/Transit Start of Service: March 31, 2009.
Thanks to customer feedback received from you, and after discussing with OC Transpo, we are in the final stages of receiving the necessary approvals, to revise our schedule to include an extension into the City, as far as MacKenzie King via the Transitway.
We have also started our route proving runs, to refine the timetable, which is also based on customer feedback.
Your comments are important to us, so keep them coming!

The Ontario Highway Transportation Board today approved the issuance of our Public Vehicle Operating License.
Park and Ride locations are being finalized.
